Great value, no complains at all. New apartment, spacious and clean next to a restaurant, about a half dozen blocks from a SkyTrain Stn, and Vancouver. Favourable setting to Guildford mall. Easy to get to Starbucks, located within 20 minutes on foot. Large and huge room, with bathroom.

The rooms here are huge and amazing, with comfortable and excellent settings, and the venue is just next door to Downtown, shops, the highway, and a restaurant.

The accommodation was new located near Surrey and Downtown and shops, that's what I was expecting. It had favourable location to Guildford mall, I liked it. Loved this place, I would recomand to friends...

The place was fairly clean which I greatly enjoyed, and had a fantastic setting just next door to convenience stores, Vancouver, and shops and highway.

Clean, spacious place just next door to Guildford mall, about a half dozen blocks from a SkyTrain Stn and Downtown. Good-sized and huge rooms with bathroom, hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows. A shower and a bathtub available. Convenient and excellent setting in the middle of the city:)))

The hotel was located in a convenient area. the fact that it was a newer home with basic amenities such as locks and a kitchen area was also a plus. these advantages were overshadowed by the overall poor cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel.
The room was dirty and poorly maintained, with paint blotches and a bed headboard held together with duct tape. the shared bathroom was also unclean, with dirt and hair on the floor and a filthy tub that I had to clean before using.

Clean room, easy access. Big and spacious with exceeded expectations. Beautifully renovated with shared common areas. Comfortable bed, good TV selection, jacuzzi tub. Responsive host.
